This tour was exceptional. My family (4 adults) had an awesome time with Jay and Georgia on the E bike tour. Getting off the beaten path, traveling down an old train track bed into a canyon, right next to the Yellowstone River was phenomenal. We saw bison, elk and prong horn antelopes. And the history and information provided along the way was great. Lunch was at a little picnic spot in a canyon and it was delicious (fresh made sandwiches, fruit, chips and a cookie). This was our first time using E bikes and Georgia gave us a quick lesson and we were off. The are simple to use and so much fun. After lunch we headed to the hot springs for a nice soak in the hot water and there's even a cold plunge... definitely a treat. This tour has been the highlight of our trip to Yellowstone. If I could rate it higher I would. Thank you Jay and Georgia.

I enjoyed an amazing e-bike tour with Jay and Jen. I did the Bunsen Peak/Osprey Falls bike and hike to the most fabulous falls only accessible by trail. Jay runs a great business and was flexible with my planning and need to cancel my friend who could not make it due to the hurricane! On the tour Jay's knowledge and stories made this trip fun, informative and joyful. He has a sense of when we needed to rest vs. hike and his eagle eye's spotted mountain goats across the gorge that the entire group got the pleasure of viewing along the way. Don't miss the fun, well managed and energizing adventure in Yellowstone!

We had a great time on the e-bike tour. The e-bike made the hills manageable. The lunch was amazing, my entire family had different options and we all loved them. The soak in the hot springs was so relaxing. I highly recommend.

My wife and I are both 59 years old and we’re a bit timid if we could ride in the mountains. Thanks to good advice from the staff and making sure we knew what we were doing - we had an absolute blast!! Saw elk and antelope up close and some great views!

We had a great experience with Jay with big sky ebike tours. My family thoroughly enjoyed this activity. They provided a safe and secure experience. They were able to guide our party of 6 ranging in age and experience. I was also impressed with their honesty. He told us when 2 kids in our party were not safe to ride. I really appreciated that he was not greedy. Do yourselves a favor and do this tour!! :)

Jay readily answered any questions or concerns quickly. Original meet time was 8 am, which would have been difficult from the west entrance 1 and 1/2 hours away. Due to the crowds Jay had us meet at 10 am which worked out well. Perfect weather, bikes were sturdy and stable. Jay had plenty of stories and information about the park, the environmental changes and animals. This was for me the best part of our 4 national park visits this June. You get to see parts of the park only accessible to hikers or horses. Highly recommend Jay and his company for couples or families with kids.

Jay is a fantastic guide into the Osprey Falls gorge! Very knowledgeable and kind. He helped my wife up the gorge when she needed some extra oxygen. The e-biking was special and we were able to see a great amount of wildlife with Jay’s help. His administrator is extremely helpful and kind. We highly recommend this outfit! While in Yellowstone my husband, two teenage sons and I went on an E-bike ride with Big Sky Tours. Jay took us with a group of 11 total on an amazing ride around Bunsen Peak and it was the perfect off the beaten path experience my family was looking for. Before the ride Jay gave us a tutorial on the bikes and about how to stay safe from wildlife that we may have encountered during the ride. Jay is super knowledgeable about the area and during our stops he was able to show us mountain goats, beautiful views, and we learned many interesting facts about the area. We had headsets so while we were riding Jay could point out things along the way and give us instructions about how to keep safe while riding up and down the trails. My husband and sons found the trails to be easy to handle yet very fun to ride. I was a bit nervous about going downhill and around the switchbacks, but I quickly got the hang of the E-bike and had a blast. My sons were geysered out after a couple of days in Yellowstone so this was a great option to switch things up and see things we never would have seen otherwise. When booking I highly recommend going through the company’s website directly, as other sites raise the prices. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Loved this ebike and hike to Osprey falls. The falls are beautiful. Jay our guide was excellent. He has amazing stories of the area and the only guide I would want to take me through the back country of Yellowstone. My husband and I highly recommend him.

Being able to go on an e-bike tour with Jay was a fantastic experience and a great way to see a different side of the park. He was easy to talk to, kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the land and animals in the area. The ticket for the hot springs as well as lunch was included, and he was able to get me a fabulous vegan sandwich from a nearby deli. I would recommend this adventure for anyone who enjoys bike riding and wants to experience the beauty of yellowstone minus all the crowds.
